1.  How do I register for the Sustainable Packaging Symposium?

Registration forms will be posted at http://www.sustainablepackagingsymposium.com/content/registration.

2. What can I do if I have problems with the online registration?

Should you encounter any problems with the online registration, please adjust your computer settings or disable your e-mail filter and try again. If the problem persists, please contact sustainability@aiche.org and in the subject line write: SPS registration assistance.

3. How do I learn more about sponsorship opportunities or member discounts?

For sponsorship opportunities, please call Darlene Schuster at the Institute for Sustainability (410-458-5870) or e-mail us at sustainability@aiche.org or contact Christine Smallwood at Greener Package at 770-664-4600 or smallwood@greenerpackage.com.  If you are a member of the Center for Sustainable Technology Practices or Greener Package, discounts will apply. 

4. How do I submit my abstract?

5. When will I be informed if my abstract is accepted?

Notification of abstract acceptance will be e-mailed to you by Date TBD

6. How can I obtain an official invitation letter for my visa application?

In the SPS online registration form, there will be an option for you to select if you require an official invitation letter for your visa application. Once your request has been received and your registration verified, we will e-mail you a soft copy of the invitation letter.

7. Will certificates of participation or CEU’s for SPS  be provided?

Yes. You will need to contact Diane Capiella at dianc@aiche.org for processing.

8. What is your cancellation policy?  

If your plans change after registering, we will reimburse you, minus a $50 service fee, up until March 12, 2012. Note that substitutions are available free of charge, up until 48 hours before our event. To cancel your registration or to send a substitute, please contact AIChE customer service at 1-800-242-4363.
